I am employed FT...I work extremely hard and live paycheck to paycheck....I was injured just before Thanksgiving this year, was forced to go into work by my supervisors as I am a member of management further injuring myself but no way to prove it. I cant work again until I am released by my doctor to do 100% of my duties yet my short term disaability is stalled due to my doctor not properly completing the paperwork, I make too much to get assistance (even though I am maing nothing all this month) I have used all of my vacation and my sick time, I have no way to pay my rent $750, my power almost $300 (yes its been freezing and I live in a old doublewide), my cell phone almost $150 because Verizon cant verify I am still employed for my discount...total $1200...basically all bills I normally pay and have enough left for food and fuel....fortunately I am a mild food horder so I have plenty to get by....I normally am able to give soo much to those in need at this time of year through $$$ donations, helping with food and cooking at the shelters, this year I cant so I am so happy to see that contributions are up from years past. I could repay any help received or pay it forward once back to work but I am hoping and praying for my own Christmas miracle this year.
